The player's winning was confiscated without any relevant reason given.
Rozes102 had his account verified and his withdrawal request was processed and the winning was delivered. Later on, the payment was reversed and taken off of his Neteller account. The player contacted the casino who told him that he had still not been verified and asked him for new documents for verification. Rozes102 sent everything but he didn't receive anything back to his Neteller account nor his casino account. The casino replied that they were not allowed to discuss the matter publicly and that they had already provided all the necessary information to him. Rozes102 said he had not received any information from the casino. As the casino failed to provide relevant information to the forum, the player was advised to turn for the help of the regulatory authority.

Extremely long and complicated verification process.
The player successfully deposited €75, however, his account was blocked so he couldn't do anything with the money deposited. He contacted the casino and was asked to send a new copy of the documents for verifications. The player kept on sending them but each time the casino replied that they hadn't received anything. Later on, they informed him that they were working on it and they would keep him posted. There is no update ever since then.

In this complaint, the player's balance was removed after they requested a withdrawal. The player was accused of irregular play patterns without a proof. No reasonable conclusion was made of this matter. The casino was hardly communicating and was not open to a discussion. No further update available.

All winnings seized, bonus policy breach.
Player stated that previous to the game he had read carefully the bonus terms and conditions and started to play. After he asked for a withdrawal his winnings were confiscated without any explanation. According to his statement, it was only after he started inquiring about the matter that the casino sent him part of his winnings as a gesture of a goodwill. Casino replied to the player that he had breached bonus terms and conditions abd explained how, which player refuses. Player filed a legal complaint to the licensing authority. No more update since then.

Player complained he won some money thanks to a bonus but casino canceled and confiscated all his funds except for the initial deposit. Failed self-exclusion

Casino failed to permanently self-exclude the player.
The player requested to be self-excluded from the casino's sister site, Drueckglueck. Later on, he received an email where the self-exclusion was confirmed and he was explained that he would be banned from the casino's sister sites also. A few months later he made a deposit of £700 at the Playojo and he realized that the casinos were related. He couldn't believe he was allowed to play there and filled a complaint. The mediator wanted to help him but wasn't able to so they recommended the player to submit his complaint directly to the UKGC. The complaint remains unresolved.

Karen made a deposit of $50 and started playing when shortly after that, she received a bonus. She claimed that she had fulfilled the wagering requirements of the bonus and requested a withdrawal of $1,200. After that, she got an email from the casino that her withdrawal was canceled, her funds were taken and the deposit was returned to her player's account. The casino never responded to her complaint and it remains unresolved.

Tadejus89 from Slovenia requested a withdrawal but changed his mind and reversed it right away in the order to play for little longer. A few hours later, when he tried to log in to his account, it didn't exist anymore. He wrote over ten emails to the casino but neither one of them was answered. There is no further information ever since.
