When the player had four pending withdrawal requests, the casino decided to close their account due to a responsible gambling review they ran on him. Once the player joined the casino, they chose an option to scan their debit card for deposit and after they won £1,000, they requested it for the withdrawal. But that was denied because the casino claimed that there was no surname shown on the card and that caused a mismatch of the player's account details. They then were asked to provide bank statements, which they sent immediately but several days later, the casino asked for a card statement that didn't exist since it was a debit card, so it was impossible to do so. Later on, the casino confiscated player's winnings and left them with only their deposit of £370 claiming that once they would prove their identity, they would return their winnings to their account in full. The complaint remains unresolved.
